This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order of the trial Court dismissing the petition filed by the revision petitioner to condone the delay of 243 days in filing the petition under Order 9, Rule 13 CPC to set aside the ex parte decree passed against her on 10.01.2011.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
