Today (12.07.2019), when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the appellants and also steps not taken for the deceased first respondent. 2.Earlier on 10.01.2019, the appeal is pending for taking steps for deceased first respondent, hence, post the appeal on 21.01.2019, 25.01.2019, 03.06.2019, 10.06.2019, 21.06.2019, and 04.07.2019. On all those days, no steps were taken for the deceased first respondent.
