ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.ARUN PRASAD, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.DEVARAJ,Advocate for R1 and T.PONRAMKUMAR,Advocate for R2, the court made the following order:- Today, when the second appeal is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the appellants and respondents are present. Both of them submitted that there is an element of settlement in this matter and hence, the matter may be referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench. 2.

Since the dispute is in between the family members of the appellants and respondents, I am of the considered opinion that this case is evident one for referring to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench.
