C.R.P.(MD) Nos.1760 & 1761 of 2011 over to the 4th respondent and the 4th respondent, Haja Mohaideen, would submit that he has received the key to the premises on behalf of all the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent, A.Fathima John.

3.Recording the above submission and on the basis of the above compromise affidavit dated 05.11.2019, these Civil Revision Petitions are closed.
