O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue a patta in the name of the petitioner for the property comprised in Survey No.202/2, measuring an extent of 9504 sq. ft., situated at P.Nadukattur Village, Pudur Post, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2024.

2. It is observed that the petitioner has neither made an application for the issuance of patta nor paid the necessary fee. Without submitting the application and paying the requisite fee, the petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition cannot be entertained.

3. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to make an application for issuance of patta, if so advised. No costs.
