Respondents COMMON PRAYER: These Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 29.10.2009, passed in E.A.No.223 of 2008 in E.P.No.157 of 2005 in O.S.No.681 of 1989 and order dated 20.10.2009, passed in E.P.No.157 of 2005 in O.S.No.681 of 1989 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Kuzhithurai, by allowing these Civil Revision Petitions, respectively.

2. Mr.P.Thiagarajan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr.K.N.Thambi, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would state that both the Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous.
3. In the light of the above submission, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
