ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to survey the petitioner's property comprised in Old Survey No.98/1 and Town Survey No.99 situated at Block No.2, Ward A.L.Ponmalai Division, Trichy Corporation limits on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 26.12.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

W.P(MD)No.380 of 2020 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 05.03.2020, survey has been conducted and boundaries have been demarcated and the report has been submitted before this Court and the same has also been received by the learned counsel for the petitioner and further submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in the matter.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
