When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the prayer sought for in the present revision petition has become infructuous and further submitted that the civil revision petition may be dismissed as infructuous. The learned Counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
