Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on record for the petitioner submitted that he has already returned the bundle to the petitioner and he has no further instructions in this case. In this regard, he has also filed a memo before this Court.

2.Till date, the petitioner has not engaged any other counsel and therefore, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
