Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus Call for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent in connection with the impugned order of rejection passed in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Thi.2/423/2017 dated 28.1.2020 (despatched on 7.2.2020 and received on 8.2.2020) and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to allow the petitioner to execute the work order issued in Thi.2/423/2017 dated 28.8.2019.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents.

2.The learned counsel reiterated the contentions set out in the memorandum of grounds.

3.I do not find any error on the face of the record. Instead of filing a writ appeal, the petitioner has filed the review application. I find no ground to interfere. The Review Application stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
