This Civil Revision Petition is filed as against the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel in I.A.No.16 of 2011 in O.S.No.33 of 2006 on 31.01.2011.

2.Today(13.07.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and he has also filed a memo to that effect.
