ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption 'Extension of time for 'Lower Court' and upon perusing earlier order dated 19.11.2019 and the requisition submitted by the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate No.1, Usilampatti in D.No.766/2024 dated 13.11.2024 through Principal District Judge, Madurai in D.No.11203 dated 18.11.2024 seeking further time to dispose of the case in O.S.No.27/2011, this Court made the following Order: 'Considering the reasons assigned in the letter submitted by the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate No.1, Usilampatti, dated 13.11.2024, to dispose of the case in O.S.No.27 of 2011, time is extended till 30.04.2025.'
