RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD). No.11465 of 2022 dated.26.10.2022 and pass any other order as this Honble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIJAYA KUMAR S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crimal Side)on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11465 of 2022, dated 26.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11465 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner no.1 shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the petitioner no.2 shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, on receipt of summons.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
