JUDGMENT

Both the learned counsel for the appellants and and the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the dispute in this Second Appeal was settled by the parties before the Mediation Centre by agreement dated 01.03.2019. The settlement signed by all the parties dated 01.03.2019 is annexed in the Mediation Report submitted by the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai. 2.The said agreement, dated 01.03.2019 is recorded and the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the agreement reached between the parties. The mediation settlement, dated 01.03.2019 signed by the parties shall form part of the decree. No costs.
