JUDGMENT
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant represented that they are unable to trace out the legal heirs of the first respondent. As per the records, the first respondent died in the year 2022 itself. But still no steps was taken for the first respondent. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
