1. That the judgment and decree dated 19.06.2015 made in HMOP.No.177 of 2014 on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli, be and hereby is confirmed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed;

2. Ant that there be no costs in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
