PRAYER:

This Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 21.06.2012 made in I.A.No.09 of 2012 in H.M.O.P.NO.98 of 2010, on the file of the Sub Judge, Uthamapalayam is illegal, unsound and liable to be setaside.

O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order passed by the Court below fixing the interim maintenance of Rs.6,000/- payable by the petitioner to the respondents, who are the wife and son of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that till date, the petitioner has not paid any maintenance to the respondents.

3. It is seen from the records that this Court has not even admitting this case and this case has been kept pending from the year 2012 onwards. 4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
