This civil revision petition has been filed against the fair and decretal order passed in I.A.No.92/2011 in O.S.No.40/2005, dated 18.06.2012, on the file of the Distrit Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Godwin, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Muthukrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, have jointly submitted that the prayer made in this petition has become infructuous. 3.Placing the submission made by both the counsels on record, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
