2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Godwin, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Muthukrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, have jointly submitted that the prayer made in this petition has become infructuous. 3.Placing the submission made by both the counsels on record, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
