(MD).No.13079 of 2021 dated 29.10.2021 in so far as the Petitioners concerned.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KRISHNASAMY P, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13079 of 2021 on 29.10.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13079 of 2021 on 29.10.2021 is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Monday of every Calender Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
