P RAYER : Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of the Civil Procedure Code to set aside the Judgment and Decree in O.S.No.256 of 2004 dated 09.01.2006 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti, which was confirmed by the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No.33 of 2006 dated 20.09.2006 on the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti and decree the suit as prayed for in the plaint in O.S.No.256 of 2004 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti.

JUDGMENT
