This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No. 485 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram, Tirunelveli District

2. The defacto complainant Ramesh is present in person before this Court. He has been duly identified by Thiru.I.Ashokan, Head Constable - 1343 attached to Radhapuram Police Station, Tirunelveli.
