This appeal is preferred by one Mr.Shanmuganathan sole accused in Special Case No.31 of 2011, pending appeal he had died on 02.07.2014.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the death certificate of Mr.Shanmuganathan, and the same is recorded. There is no legal heirs are come forward to conduct the case of the appellant.
