PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR11658 of 2017:- To call for the records pertaining to the fair order and decreetal order in I.A.No.84 of 2017 in I.A.No.803 of 2011 in O.S.No.549 of 1985 dated 28.02.2017 on the file of the Learned District Munsif, Muthukulathur.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. There is an inordinate delay on 199 days in re-presenting the Civil Revision Petition and therefore, this Court feels that the delay can be condoned on payment of costs to the Legal Aid. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
