ORDER
It is submitted that the tenant in the R.C.O.P.No.4 of 2005 on the file of the Rent Controller, Ambasamudram, is the revision petitioner.
2.The revision petition has been filed against the order in the I.A.No.52 of 2010 in R.C.O.P.No.4 of 2005, on the file of the Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif Court), Ambasamudram, dimissing the petition filed for appointment of Advocate Commissioner.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Rent Control Original Petition itself was disposed of. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the revision petition has became infructuous.
