This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 29.09.2010 made in I.A.No.669 of 2010 in O.S.No.652 of 1996 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Lalgudi. 2.Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would represent that the suit has been dismissed for default on 11.11.2014. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the present civil revision petition. 3.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
