The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order passed in I.A.No.421 of 2012 in O.S.No.206 of 2004, dated 08.08.2012 on the file of the VI Additional District Judge, Madurai.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the original suit in O.S.No.206 of 2004 was dismissed for default on 24.11.2015 by the trial Court.

3. In such view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives before this Court for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
