This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the decree passed in I.A.No.786 of 2011 in O.S.No.185 of 2003 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Kuzhithurai. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein died long back and no steps has been taken to bring their legal heirs on record.

3.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
