The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and final order passed by the Court below made in I.A.No.864 of 2011 in O.S.No.466 of 2010, dated 16.11.2011.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the original suit itself has been dismissed on 16.06.2016.
