Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. GOKUL K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4855 of 2020, dated 28.07.2020. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and this Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 28.07.2020, had directed the petitioner to stay at Tirunelveli and had also directed the respondent to expedite filing of the final report and the petitioner can apply for modification of this condition regarding staying away after the victim is examined. He would further submit that now trial has commenced and the de-facto complainant as well as the victim had already been examined and thereby, he would seek for modification of the said condition. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4855 of 2020, dated 28.07.2020 is modified as prayed for.
