Respondent/Petitioner Prayer : This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code, to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.52 of 2021 on the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam and transfer the same to the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Srivilliputhur to be tried along with the H.M.O.P.No.249 of 2021. ORDER:- This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for Extension of time for Lower Court " and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 16.02.

2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputhur in D.No.1052 of 2022 dated 03.10.2022, seeking three months time to dispose of the cases in H.M.O.P.Nos.249 of 2021 and 61 of 2022, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Srivilliputhur,this Court made the following order:- The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputtur, sent a letter dated 03.10.2022, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.249 of 2021 and H.M.O.P.No.52 of 2021, which has been transferred and renumbered as H.M.O.P.No.61 of 2022, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 16.02.2022.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 03.10.2022, three months' time is extended from today to dispose of H.M.O.P.Nos.249 of 2021 and 61 of 2022.
