When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent/plaintiff has settled the decree amounts to the petitioner/third party and that the prayer sought for in this revision petition has now become infructuous. 2.In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in the present revision petition and accordingly, recording such submission, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
