RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioners vide order dated 30/11/2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18793 of 2021, on the file of this Honorable High Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.SENTHIL MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18793 of 2021 on 30.11.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18793 of 2021 on 30.11.2021 is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.288 of 2022 in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
