ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 01.10.2010 made in I.A.No.738 of 2010 in O.S.No.86 of 2009. The said Interlocutory Application was filed to receive three additional documents and the same was allowed by the trial court on 01.10.2010. Against which, this Civil Revision Petition has been preferred by the petitioner.
2. Today, both the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent are present.
3. They jointly represented that the suit in O.S.No.86 of 2009 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ itself was disposed of by the trial court on 05.11.2016. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement to that effect.
