C.R.P.(MD)(PD)No.1882 of 2011 the revision petition has become infructuous and submitted that the revision petition may be dismissed as infructuous. The learned Counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
