This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent, with regard to their ancestral property. The petitioner and the fourth respondent are brothers. Based on the complaint of the fourth respondent, CSR.No.20 of 2023 was assigned and the respondent police has called the petitioner for enquiry, but without appearing before the respondent police, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) further submits that the C.S.R.No.20 of 2023 was closed on 11.01.2023, as civil in nature. 2/4
