DECREE:- This civil Miscellaneous appeal having come up for hearing on this day, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Tribunal and the material papers to the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.Antony S.Prabahar, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.B.Rajesh Saravanan, Advocate for the Respondent and both the parties having settled their differences and having filed a memo of compromise dated 29.11.2021 duly signed by the both parties as well as by their Advocates and the records relating to the case and the memo of compromise, this court while recording the said memo of compromise dated 29/11/2021 this Court doth order and decree as follows:-

(1) That this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal be and hereby is allowed as per the terms of Compromise Memo dated 29.11.2021 filed herein, (2)That there be no costs in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
