JUDGMENT
When the second appeal was taken up for hearing on 21.06.2024, there was no representation for the appellant in the forenoon session as well as in the afternoon session. It is also seen from the records that even in the previous two occasions, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal' today.
