To allow the CRP with costs by setting aside the fair and decreetal order in I.A.No.166 of 2014 in O.S.No.107 of 2003 on the file of Sub Court, Virudhunagar, dated 14.09.2016. 2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

3. Even though the delay is on the higher side, to meet the ends of justice, the delay is condoned on terms and accordingly, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
