PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second Respondent to conduct enquiry and initiate appropriate action against the Respondents No.3 to 6 based on the Petitioner's complaint dated 05.09.2023.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had given a complaint and the Respondents had not taken any action. Therefore, the Petitioner had come before this Court seeking direction against the second Respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this is the second petition filed by the Petitioner. The complaint of the Petitioner was taken up for an enquiry and after due enquiry, the second Respondent has closed it.

3. The learned Counsel for the Respondents No.3 to 6 submitted that he had filed vakalat on behalf of the Respondents No.3 to 6 and he seeks time to file counter in this petition.

4. The Respondents No.1 and 2 are directed to furnish enquiry report to the Petitioner.
