PRAYER:

This Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed by the Principal Sub court, Kumbakonam in I.A.No.328 of 2008 in H.M.O.P.No.68 of 2004, dated 17.12.2011.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the husband against the order passed by the Court below, fixing the interim maintenance payable to the respondent / wife and the child, pending the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.68 of 2004.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. This Court does not find any illegality or infirmity in the order passed by the Court below and the Court below has fixed a very reasonable maintenance amount payable by the petitioner as interim maintenance. It is reported that even this maintenance has not been paid by the petitioner and hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the Court below.

4. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
