ORDER:- These Petitions are coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof none appearing of both the counsels, this Court made the following order:

These petitions have been filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time granted in the order dated 13.02.2019 made in C.R.P (MD)Nos.2206, 2208 and 2210 of 2018, to prefer appeals before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Madurai. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 27.06.2019, there was no representation on the behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 28.06.2019 (today) under the caption for dismissal. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, these petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution.
