Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to settle the petitioners benefit of enhancement of Earned Leave surrendered by them before the second respondent from the year 2010 to till the date of retirement of the petitioners with interest at 18 percent as per the 1998 Wage Settlement Effect under Section 12(3) of ID Act, 1947 1/3

ORDER

Alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD).No.1155 of 2020 dated 22.01.2020, this contempt petition has been filed.

2.The Contemnor/second respondent is present before this Court. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD). No.1155 of 2020 dated 22.01.2020 has been complied with and he has also produced the copy of the proceedings TNSTC/Kum/Legal/L2/Cont.Pet.No.39/2021, dated 08.03.2021 to that effect and prayed for dispensing with the presence of the contemnor.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the second respondent and taking into account the order of this Court is complied with, the presence of the contemnor is dispensed with and this contempt petition is closed.
