This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to set aside the Fair Order dated 10.10.2011 in E.P.No.120 of 2008 in O.S.No.462 of 1999 on the file of the First Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirapalli.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the matter has become infructuous.

4. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
