This petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 16.07.2012 passed in I.A.No.851 of 2010 in I.A.No.551 of 2010 in O.S.No.255 of 2010, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Palani.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the main suit itself was disposed of on 26.08.2016.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and the same stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
