When the matter was listed on 09.08.2021 there was no representation for the petitioners and thereby this Court directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 11.08.2021. On that date, the learned counsel for petitioners appeared and informed that he has returned the bundle to the petitioners and he has also handed over the change of vakkalat to the petitioners on 01.09.2019.
