under Section 8(5) of Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960, for depositing the rent in Court. 2.C.R.P.(MD)No.2263 of 2010 has also been filed by the landlords of the premises as against the order dismissing the petition for eviction filed by them.

3.When the matters are taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel on either side report that they are unable to contact their clients. They also pointed out that notice sent to them was returned.

4.In view of the fact that the petitioners and respondent are not responding, this Court presume that the parties are not interested or there is settlement between the parties. Hence, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
