RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court by order dated 05.11.2020 in Crl.MP.(MD).No.5643 of 2020 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.8308 of 2020, directing the Petitioner to report before the Respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am. until further orders. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.SHENBAGALINGAM.J., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 05.11.2020 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5643 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8308 of 2020, directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is attending on-line class from 10.00 a.m., to 02.00 p.m., and therefore, he is unable to comply with the condition regularly and prayed that the condition to be relaxed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent submitted that the presence of the petitioner is required for investigation and this Court may permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5643 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8308 of 2020, dated 05.11.2020 is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday and Sunday evening at 04.30 p.m, until further orders.
