JUDGMENT
The learned Counsel for the appellants as well as the respondents filed a joint compromise memo stating that the dispute in the Second Appeal is settled among the parties. The joint compromise memo, dated 08.07.2024, containing the terms of settlement, is signed by both the appellants as well as the respondents. The parties are present before this Court and acknowledged their signature in the compromise memo. Both the parties are identified by the respective Counsels and the joint compromise memo is co-signed by the learned Counsel for the appellants and the respondents. Therefore, this Court is inclined to record the compromise.
2.The Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of joint compromise memo, dated 08.07.2024. The joint compromise memo shall form part of the decree passed in the Second Appeal. No costs. 08.07.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No cmr 2/4
