ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order, dated 14.12.2018 made in I.A.No.120 of 2016 in O.S.No.168 of 2015, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Valliyoor.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The revision petitioners, who are the plaintiffs, have filed a suit in O.S.No.168 of 2015, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Valliyoor, seeking for the relief of declaration and recovery of possession. Pending suit, they have filed an application in I.A.No.120 of 2016, for appointment of Advocate Commissioner and the same was allowed and thereafter, the Commissioner has filed the report. After receiving objections from both sides for the Commissioner's report, the learned District Munsif, Valliyoor has closed the application stating that the said objection be taken at the time of Judgment, if necessary. However, the petitioners have filed the present petition to reopen the said Interlocutory Application.

4.Since the objections received by the learned District Munsif, Valliyoor, it is not necessary to reopen the Interlocutory https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P.PD(MD).No.244 of 2021 and Application once again and hence, this revision is also dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
