When the matter is called, it was represented by the first respondent/plaintiff that though the order of injunction has been granted restraining the Electricity Board from granting electricity, the defendants' temple has obtained electricity connection, which was objected to by the learned counsel for the petitioners that he did not get any instructions in this regard. The learned counsel for the first respondent would also submit that the suit is posted for arguments today. Therefore, no useful purpose will be served in taking up the revision by this Court.

2.Hence, the parties are directed to workout their remedy in the suit in O.S.No.273 of 2011 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Thoothukudi. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the above lines. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
